From the 1960's to now, some communities have seen a 92% drop. Even when pass rates are dropped to accommodate educational needs and encourage such communities, enrollment and graduation rates are a source of real concern.

Running expenditures are set up to stretch funds to it's maximum use with no pork. No frivolous spending. Transparency is ensured by our fiscal budget being made easily accessible.
