Courage is the choice that will fulfill the very best of who you are. Courage is the mental and emotional preparedness and ability to deal with difficult issues. Living clean depends on what you choose to value and how you define yourself. Courage, real “Lions Heart” courage, will allow you to truly “Live Clean”.

Transcend the greed fueled race for material things, and only then, will you be free to enjoy them. Not letting materialism affect your inner peace and true joyfulness is "Living Clean".

Commit to it, develop a mind full of good thoughts geared towards problem solving when idle. Practice and think of good things repeatedly. Willfully train your mind to commit to having a conscience free of guilt and a body free of toxins.

These are things to be cherished above gold, silver, or dollars. There is no amount of wealth nor fame worth strife. To wake up at peace and with a clear conscience is a treasure. Wisdom and self-discipline are key to its attainment. They are the key to "Living Clean".
